Department of State Certification
Pan Atlantic Foundation operates under the Department of State's (DoS) guidelines and regulations. It is important to us that each Area Representative is thoroughly trained on DOS regulations. It is a requirement that each year Area Representatives test and receive their certification. Below you will find training modules and practice tests for each of the 3 sections as well as the link to the DoS Exam. There are 4 versions of the exam and the exam may be taken as many times as necessary. Area Reps must pass with a score of 27/30 or higher to receive their certification.

Module one covers the regulations governing high school enrollment.
