Position: Regional Director

Pan Atlantic Foundation is looking for an energetic person, passionate about international cultural and educational exchange to join our growing team as a Regional Director. This is a field-based position responsible for program development to include Area Representative recruitment, hiring, training, and management for the purpose of student placement within your designated territory. Oversight of school onboarding and development, as well as host family recruitment would fall under the responsibilities of this position.

This is a field-based position responsible for program development to include Area Representative recruitment, hiring, training, and management for the purpose of student placement within your designated territory. Oversight of school onboarding and development, as well as host family recruitment would fall under the responsibilities of this position.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Recruit, manage, and support team of Area Representatives to fulfill placement requirements within region.
- School recruitment and support.
- Oversee Host Family recruitment within your designated territory.
- Manage all recruitment and placement responsibilities in compliance with all State Department regulations and CSIET program standards.
- Data/CRM management.
- Extended hours as necessary (nights and weekends)
- Involves domestic and international travel; valid US driver’s license required
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility
- Personable
- Ability to independently reach pre-determined goals
- Previous experience recruiting and motivating volunteer network helpful
- Knowledge of the international exchange program is helpful
- Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and within very tight deadlines
- Bachelor degree preferred, but not required
