High School Abroad in France:  Overview

Your high school study abroad experience will be much more than a tourist snapping quick photos of the Eiffel Tower, you’ll have the opportunity to live, learn and love the French culture and language.  Whether ordering a croissant and cappuccino in a lace-curtained bistro, bartering for cheese at a village square market or exploring one of the many French chateau’s, you’ll improve your language skills as you explore the diversity of French culture.

France is the largest country in Europe after Russia and Ukraine and the world’s top destination with some 85 million visitors each year.  If you’ve ever dreamed of strolling down a cobblestone street with a fresh baguette under your arm, you’re bound to feel at home in France’s quaint countryside, small villages or historic cities.
