High School Abroad in Austria:  Overview

Looking to explore a phenomenal countryside during your study abroad experience?  ​Austria is a German-speaking country with picturesque mountain villages, baroque architecture and rugged Alpine terrain.  It is also listed as one of 15 countries with the highest quality of life worldwide.   Marie Antoinette, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Sigmund Freud and the former California governor, Arnold Schwarzenegger all hail from this naturally beautiful country.    

By attending a local high school and living with a host family, you’ll get to experience Austrian life from the inside.  Learn German language, develop a greater understanding of local customs and meet new friends from this multi-faceted country.

 ​Quick Facts:
·         All students participate in a pre-departure orientation with Pan Atlantic staff
·         Host family accommodation- become part of an Austrian family!
·         Students must be 15-18 years old upon arrival to program
·         Study in Austria for a trimester, semester or full academic year
