PROCESSING PLACEMENTS

Processing Placements

It is the responsibility of the account manager to ensure that the placements are sent to their parter.

Placement Processing Timeline
This timeline begins when Megan sends an email that your partner’s placement is ready to process.
Prior to June 1: Placement should be processed within 1 business day.
After June 1: Placement should be processed same business day.  If you have many placements to process you may ask others for help. This is a better alternative than waiting for the following day.
Moves: Generally same day but consult with RD on timing.

Considerations
Your partners want their placements.  You should create a module filter to show your partners placements in progress that includes the placement approved date, and make it a habit to check in on the  progress of the host family.  If you see that interviews or references have come in, you may feel free to add these or let the reviewer know they are now available.  Your mindset should be getting the agent their placements as quickly as possible, especially post June 1.
You should know the statistics on your partners.  How many students do they have placed?  How many are in progress?  They will ask you for updates, you should know how to easily access this information.
