On Program Support Overview
While Laura Maxon handles support, the account manager is always copied on emails regarding support issues. It is the account managers responsibility to stay abreast of their partner's support cases and to intervene when appropriate. Below of some examples of expected intervention:
While Laura Maxon handles support, the account manager is always copied on emails regarding support issues. It is the account managers responsibility to stay abreast of their partner's support cases and to intervene when appropriate. Below of some examples of expected intervention:
- You do not agree with the decision being made. This is normal and you simply reach out to Laura Maxon to share your thoughts.
- You notice an incongruency, such as a student is being put on probation but no one has yet spoken to the student.
- There is historical information that may help inform the progress of the case.
- Laura Maxon does not seem to be getting the support or follow through necessary from the field , such as with a move. Intervention to upper management for support may be necessary.
- The agent reaches out to you directly reagrding support.
- Anyone reaches out to you directly for support, such as the host parent, student, AR or RD. In this scenario, you should calm the stiuation, provide a listening ear , and take good notes to enter into the case.
